A somewhat new system on our shard is Gold Panning. To do this you need to find a miner npc trader in Acheron's Cove or other town and purchase a gold pan. Head out to shallow water and start panning. As you get nuggets you take them back to the nugget trader npc who eventually gives you a check for all your labor.
